The bed itself is good and spacious for children, but it has some very negative points that I would have considered if I had known beforehand and perhaps I would not have bought it. The quality is terrible. It is not padded and the side wood is only covered with leatherette (which came with a hole in one of the sides and will soon tear). My son has already hit his shin a few times and hurt himself. We had bought a 6” mattress because it was lighter and easier to transport if necessary, but it was much lower than the corner screws and we had to buy another 12” mattress. When we went to fix the sheets, we eventually hit the screws with our nails and it was quite bad. The smell still hasn’t gone away after three weeks. I don’t know if the smell is from the wood or the leatherette, but it is extremely strong and bothersome. The bed itself is super fragile and you have to be very careful when dragging it, because you can break the side wood, thus making it difficult to clean underneath. But I don’t think it even goes below, because it doesn’t have feet or space underneath. It stays stuck to the floor. I think the idea of this bed for children is excellent, especially since there are very few king-size bed options for children on the market, but its design could be improved.

This bed took a very long time to get built. The last part were the drawers. There is a huge gap between that and the bed, leaving the wood planks underneath the bed, to show. This doesnt look like the picture listed on amazon.

This thing came in so many pieces you wouldn’t believe and took my bf and I at least 3 hours to get it together. It looks so cute but it was missing some screws the directions were a bit confusing. The drawers are so flimsy they bottom is two bendable planks so no toys can go in them. I’m very disappointed because they charged $108 foot delivery mainly 😂
