Not super plus size friendly for breastfeeding twins. Babies slip off a bit or their head is not an elevated position on the pillow. Makes it hard to breastfeed both babies at the same time sometimes.

We bought this for my newborn twin Grandsons. The size is perfect for twins. It is firm but comfortable and gives great support to the twinsMy daughter in law loves because she can have both babies nearby.

It serves the purpose. I use it with my twins. The size, thickness and material is good. I just didn’t like the use of velcro instead of zipper. Zipper would have better

This is a must have if you have twins. Makes bottles easier when it comes time to feed and is comfortable for them. Worth every penny!!
