Product arrived slightly rusty. See attached picture. The outer box looks fine, no water damage, so not sure why this part came rusted. I was able to use wet paper towel to wipe off rust. Lots of rust was wiped off… but for a new product, this is concerning.. also this is the part that you will touch a lot.. anytime you need to remove or adjust.. this is where you touch.

Update: The company reached out to me the same day and actually corrected their mistakes, no questions asked! I will definitely continue shopping for their products in the future!
