Overall, this product does work as advertised, and could be a great addition to your workout. I still have mixed feelings. I will list my pros and cons so you can make your own decision on whether this is right for you:Pros:Resistance is strong, as advertised. There are two levels of resistance depending on whether you attach the handles to be long (less resistance/easier) vs short (more resistance/harder).The foam on the handles seems sturdy, and is comfortable.Used regularly, I do think one could build strength and endurance in a couple areas.Cons:Assembly was clear, but awkward. You have to insert the two ends (curved handles covered in foam), each with two hollow metal ends/tubes, into the center part, which is a high-tension spring covered in rubber. Securing the ends in place (holding it all together) is only one little metal knob on each tube that you first push in as you slide the end onto the middle, until it "pops up" through one of two holes in the center pipe (holes for the shorter and longer lengths). It's somewhat difficult to get both sides on while pushing the little metal knobs down without pinching your fingers, but with some effort, I did it by myself.Back to the point about "holding it all together". I am not a mechanical engineer, but I have assembled many things in life, and have encountered these little "push in the little metal knob" as you slide one cylinder into another and the little knob pops into the hole you want to secure the two pieces together. Things like cheap shelving, handles on mops and brooms, childrens toys, and a number of other adjustable length items have this mechanism. My problem is this mechanism has often had issues with breakage in my experience. Not a big deal if your mop handle suddenly snaps, but a HUGE problem if a HIGH-TENSION-SPRING suddenly snaps while you are applying high forces near your face!So essentially, I'm hesitant to really use this thing. I don't trust it. I can't say for sure it will fail, but those little metal pieces, coupled with my hesitancy to trust high tension springs near my face anyway, means I can't recommend this product. Finally, I think the movements are somewhat limited. All that said, if you're still interested, make sure you're a reasonably strong person or you won't be able to move this thing. My teen son who is pretty fit tried it on the "Easy" setting and it was appropriate for him.

Good workout. Had to get the poles in just right when making it. Works great. Feel better already.

This is an awesome piece of equipment. And although it is easy to assemble, it's not for the elderly. It has two positions of resistance, and both require very good upper body strength to use. But it is worth the money and work very well.

This arrived with rust inside the tubes that assemble this gym equipment. This was a turnoff, but most of it is inside the pipe and not visible after assembling.Installation/setup - super easy, feels very strongWorkout Quality and Design - it offers some good resistance for arm squeezes, generally inline with the 60-100lbs that are in the description (dividing by 2 for each arm), so if you're in that curl 30-50 range this product might be helpful to keep in a home office while on calls. This would be likely too much resistance for older or less developed people, and offers no real way to scale the resistance up or down. It also doesn't offer much for legs, and the bicep one was uncomfortable in any length setting at 5'9. The overhead one feels like it would target the traps well, but I can only manage a few reps in that position. Some of the wrist poses where you put your hands outside and grab the inner bars put pressure on my veins and are uncomfortable as well. I also feel the pictures could be larger in the instructions. Will you get "perfect muscles" as described? Maybe with a lot of dedication and imagination and the right conditions. I would think a single or pair of grippable weight plate would be more effective for many.
