I’ve been using the Twister Arm Trainer for a few days now and I’m impressed with how effective it is for upper body workouts. Arm trainer for men is easy to assemble, better than my free weights because this can be used easily while sitting down. Watching TV becomes part of a workout.Great resistance! You can really feel it working the muscles.It’s comfortable, portable, safe and easy to use, and actually gives nice results—Highly recommend!

I love that twister arm trainer's compact and very useful.I travel extremely often to where I cannot have or carry equipment except a few small things. I LOVE its capabilities to work so many different aspects of the upper body—it’s like bringing home a few arm machines from the gym! (And don’t forget about being able to work the thighs, too!) I appreciate the levels of resistance to choose from as well as how it can easily be assembled/disassembled.

I gave this as a gift for I and my boyfriend. My boyfriend uses it on his breaks at work.I got this to go in my basement so I can workout every day. It's easy to use.It has very well helped with toning of my arms and shoulders. we love it！

Chest workout equipment has so many functions with the right amount of pressure to build muscle and stamina. Easy to assemble and use. Compact for storage.This is literally an arm gym! I bought it to isolate my chest but what I really like is while you're doing the chest. It's also working your upper back a lot of bang for your buck here. Yeah very effective.
