Don’t waste your money on this junky thing! The pieces just come in a bag – no instructions, no pictures, no nothing. Admittedly, it’s not difficult to put together, but that’s not the point. If you can’t be bothered to give me instructions, I can’t be bothered to give you a good review. So immediately, for me, that was down to a 3. And, as others have said, there are these straps included that seemed to have no purpose at all. But of course they wouldn’t be included if they didn’t serve some purpose. So, who knows?Anyway, once I started putting this thing together, I was so annoyed. The holes that the adjustable pins fit into are not drilled consistently. So out of the eight available holes, two of mine were slightly oval shaped and too small to hold the pins. This means that the spring pins that lock the arms in place cannot be secured, which actually makes this thing particularly dangerous if you don’t realize that the pins aren’t locked. This thing has a huge amount of tension on it when you bend it, so if one of those handles were to come loose while the unit was under tension, I would say it could definitely seriously injure someone. So, in order to even use this thing, I had to go and take a drill and sort of drill the holes out enough to get the pins to fit. I did a sort of crummy job, but it was enough to make it work. But also, note that if you make the holes too big, then it makes the thing looser and more wobbly than it already is. But why should you have to be doing this in the first place, ask yourself. I haven’t come up with an answer yet.So all in all, I cannot recommend this. The idea is good, and it certainly has enough tension to give you an excellent - almost bodybuilder level - workout. But with no instructions and shoddy workmanship, this dog won’t hunt.

This arm workout device works fine. Since it doesn't have any instructions, you'd better already know what you're doing though. I had to look this up to see how it worked and how to put it together.

I didn’t think this product would be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I’ve noticed real improvement in my pectorals and triceps. It’s definitely an effective upper-body workout tool.Assembly was very straightforward—no tools needed and everything fit together nicely. It’s held up well with regular use. My biggest complaint is the complete lack of instructions.

I got this "Twister Arm Trainer, Adjustable Arm Twister Exerciser & Chest Workout Equipment" for exercise at home. This is a great product for that. The exerciser creates resist training on chest and arms and it take little to no spaces. There are a few ways to do different exercises for training different muscles. One downside is that the resistant level is not adjustable, so this equipment may not be for every one.The price is very reasonable, which makes this product a good value. Overall recommended.

I really notice a big difference with this item after using it for a few weeks. My pectorals and triceps have definitely shown improvement. The item was super easy to put together and has stayed together. My only real issue is the complete lack of instructions putting it together and in using it. I have to come to this page to find out how to use the item, which is kind of a silly thing not to print out a glossy photo and put that in the box. Regardless, it only lost one star of five and I still highly recommend it.

This review is for the Twister Arm Trainer, Adjustable Arm Twister Exerciser & Chest Workout Equipment, Portable Home Strength Training Machine for Forearm, Shoulder & Muscle Fitness, Includes 2 Wrist Guards. This is a nice compact strength training device. It is not specifically listed for men only, but people with smaller frames may struggle to hold this properly. For example, I have to prebend it for some exercises such as legs and forearm. You can adjust this by one unit. It offers more resistance when it is in the shorter position.20 - 30 reps of each area once a day seem to work well.

solid exerciser. no instructions included, but assembly was pretty obvious. its adjustable on both ends. i have to look at the pics here in the product listing for the type of exercises it supports as there is no manual for that included either. It comes with two straps, no idea what they are for, because there is no instructions. good items for DIY or figure it out fitness.
