Got this for my son who loves to lift, but has a busy schedule. This is great for those days you can't make it to the gym, and ladies, it works great for us too! Both as pictured and described. I recommend.

I’ve been using this arm and chest trainer for about a week now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The adjustable resistance from 65 to 110 lbs gives a decent range, especially for a portable piece of equipment. It definitely targets your upper chest, shoulders, and arms — you can really feel it after a few reps. It’s compact enough to keep in the corner of my room or toss in the car if I want to bring it somewhere, and it feels durable. The springs have strong tension, and the grip is comfortable even after a few sets. You do have to engage your core a bit to keep steady while using it, which I like.If you’re looking for something to build strength at home without a full gym setup, this is a great tool to add to your routine. Not a gimmick — it actually works.

I LIKE IT!!! I normally do my 25lb dumbells but this thing is nice, I feel it in my chest, arms and shoulders along with some piping sounds, but hey it's expected at 57, it didn't come with instructions so I don't know if I configured it for 60 or 110, I have been able to do 4 sets of 10 per sitting and my shoulders burn, my chest is definitely stretched, and if I do the arm curls , ya, my arms are tight and done. I feel it where I should not in my neck or sides.. definitely recommend for use older guys that would like to stay tone, and so saggy...

I may have to work up to this, cause it's a lot of weight for everyone in our household (even on the lightest setting). Still, it's very strong and effective at what it does. Once you've gotten past the initial bend of the springs, it's much easier. I expect this thing to outlive me; it's definitely built like a tank. I have no fear of it coming apart or breaking down. It doesn't take too much work with it before I feel good and worked out (might be my fitness level talking).

Super neat equipment. I’ve never used these before and it’s been great to use. I don’t have the strength to fully use it but I’m working on it.

Probably better for warm up to improve workouts, but not for strength training. I was kind of hoping to use this as a replacement for cable crossover. Device has multiple training use variations, and can be easily packed in a gym bag. Straight forward in terms of its use, but didn’t find it functionally resistive enough to truly strength train - but, thought it solid for warm ups.
