Don't fall for this one. Buy some dumbbells.It's a little flimsy.I'm pretty strong but I couldn't budge this. When I tried to adjust it the adjustment buttons got sucked in and would not come back out. This went to the garbage. Where I live returns are a major headache. This is a hype machine. A weak fad that will soon die out. I'm a little disappointed but not surprised. More Amazon junk.

I seen this thing on tiktok didn't know if it would work or not but seem like it might so I bought it no more man boobies if you buy this thing and actually use it it works like a son of a gun

I love the concept and its a cool design. I just wish there were more exercises one could do to help work other muscles. But for the price and what it does work out muscle wise, its worth getting IMO as it does have 3 different level settings that increase in difficulty as you go higher.

This is one of those exercise tools that's nice to have laying next to your desk or couch so you can squeeze in some strength training on the go. It's light and compact, especially if you pull it apart. It has a pretty good level of resistance. I'm a big guy and considerably strong and I'd say this isn't difficult but also not easy to bend. I can use it for a while before getting tired. The instructions aren't very good, so you have to kind of guess at what to do here. Most of the pictured exercises are awkward or impossible to do, not difficulty-wise, but mechanically. Like you need some weird anatomy to be able to do an arm curl. You can basically do a chest squeeze or reverse it with your hands on the cross bars and do the same basic thing with a focus on forearms. It seems the way to adjust it for more resistance is to make it smaller? I pick this up a few times a day and it does give a decent quick work out.

This in home workout tool is quite effective. I’m not always the most motivated, but I’ve managed to lose almost 400 calories using it. It’s a great value for the price and it really works

I really wanted to like this but this arrived with some QC issues. First the soft material that covers the spring is pulled way too much on the one side that almost covers the adjustable elements of the handle. The cushion is held on very tightly so it's very hard for me to even pull on the other side. Also the pins that depress to adjust the weight don't spring back up quickly and I had to use a thin object to activate the lock.It's still usable but this product was clearly sent in a hurry and lacks some refinement in the quality control area. The weight truly does feel about 40-50lbs on the first pin. I really wanted to like this but they need to do a better job with QC.
