It arrived on time but was defected. It’s missing the two pieces that lock the springs in place. Wouldn’t suggest buying from this seller.

I was more excited when I saw you could use it with your thighs (hello 90s thigh master!). I like the versatility of the different exercises you can use for your arms, chest and thighs in one tool. It seems well built and can easily travel with you. It was easy to put together. I believe, if used consistently, you will see results quickly. As a woman, I think upper body strength is always hard to achieve and I like that this is portable and something I can use anywhere.

Mid level, space saving, traveling, workout equipment.1. If you were at all concerned about assembly for use, and knock down for travel… don’t be. It’s a snap. 4 snaps actually, of the push down, slide, and let it self snap up in locked position. (Like on grandpa’s walker legs.)2. This is one of those things where a picture isn’t worth it to see it used. Instead watch for videos of 4 or more positions where these work best.* And talking isn’t much help. ;)3. The 60-150 lb rating is not for the beginner and the adjustment from the minimum length of 24 7/8" to the maximum length of 26", is not going to get you to beginner, IMHO.4. This is a metal and rubber exercise contraption that works by being bent from the center in various ways. There is a lot of resistance in bending it, and it can be used to work several muscle groups. It is the same motion as the old school thigh master machine, but this is also geared for arm exercises because it has very soft and comfortable grips on both sides.The build quality is top notch, and we are using it every single day under high stress situations without any breakage or damage. It functions well and allows you to get creative with which muscle groups you are working by bending it. It is easy to figure out how to use but it's challenging to work with if you're doing it right. So far I am already improving my reps and bending ability, and I like unique strength building tools like this rather than just repeatedly lifting heavy weights the same way each time. This gives more of a holistic workout.

Well made, this is definitely a great piece of fitness equipment, easy to use, builds muscle and burns fat. Very smooth, and delivers steady, pure pressure with every squeeze. Love it.

It arrived a day early which is ok this time, I normally try to schedule the delivery on a time when I know I’ll be home. It didn’t come with instructions like it described that it would. Otherwise the delivery was OK.
