I have used the clamp type stingers for years, but have never liked how the clamp handle gets in my way. The right angle twist type holders never appealed to me either, because I occasionally need to run the rods straight out the end of the stinger. The Lenco Twister solved all of these problems and has been a pleasure to use.The construction is solid and quality is top notch. If you think you might want to try a twist type, this one is definitely the way to go.

It is great for working in tight spaces were there is a potential for arcing out. The black guys on our crew have their own name for it.

I really like the build quality of this electrode holder! It has some good weight to it. It's weight is close to a nice 400 amp tweco. So it is definitely well built. I will update in a few months
