This is a GREAT product for quilters beginning and advance, I do recommend viewing the you-tube demonstration prior to doing a project because if you are a quilter it is difficult to wrap your head around doing this. Everything is at a angle, as a quilter that is just not normal

This is a great idea. After reading the directions I made a "sample piece" and used the template. It was really easy and fun. The end result is amazing. This template is strong and well made. A good buy.

This is a great thing. I've always liked pinwheel quilts, but could never be bothered to make one. That is, until now. This little tool makes pinwheels easy. You piece your quilt using a certain size square (this is detailed in the instructions). Then you line up the cross mark (on the tool) with the seams, and cut around the tool. Turn this cut square to the right (so it's a regular square again), and sew these cut squares together in the same order in which they were cut from the original piecing. (Trust me, the instructions explain this a lot better.) It couldn't be easier. And it's done without a staggering amount of waste - you're left with squares you can save for your next quilt. There are several sizes of this tool - 3 Twister tools, and two smaller Primitive Gatherings tools. I've got 'em all, and I'm pinwheeling everything in sight. Hats off to whoever thought of this thing.

This is one really fun math miracle. Following the instructions carefully results in a beautiful quilt top that looks much more difficult than this method makes it. The finished top has a built in border and intricate designs. one important note is to handle the quilt top as fragile since the majority of cuts are on the bias. I had good results when i used iron-on sizing before i used the template for my cuts. Seems like the designer is a geometry whiz!
