Every vacation I book, every cruise, etc., has their own folder. I created a spreadsheet for me to keep track of items - and I taped it to the back & check off when I'm done with the task (airline, rental car, payments, gratuities, etc.). My husband uses these folders for his purposes as well. Best part is you can write on the front of them, and even reuse if necessary.

I always try to purchase bulk office supplies that can be used in the office but these will be used for pet adoption handouts and important owner information at the animal shelter where I also work. All we need is a medium quality folder that can hold owner info and 2 business cards. These folders fit the bill perfectly at a good price for 50 folders as we operate on a small budget.These are purple - which is the local school color - so there’s that as well. The paper is a leather-embossed look inside and out but does seem thinner than some we’ve used in the past. But as stated before, they’re adequate for our needs. Note that there is no gusset in the center to bind papers but that’s exactly what we use. The lack of a gusset also helps to keep the price down. We would certainly order these again. If you’re looking for something more formal, these might not meet your needs.
