You only get one. I assumed I would get a pair. But it works great. I have fixed a lot of shoes. Loafers and heels no longer give me blisters.

Liked the product but they need more holes for the numbs I actually drilled a hole where it was needed to stretch in correct spot

I was skeptical about the idea of shoe stretching, but I have a favorite pair of UGG platform slip ons that have always been too tight in the toes. I slipped this contraption into the shoe, and 24 hours later was pleasantly surprised. The little black buttons that raise the top of the shoe are an excellent feature.
