Installed the new fan in a 2008 cobalt. Fit exactly as the OEM with every hole in place for fittings the wiring and cooler lines holding clamps, the tabs for holding the fan into place were correct and everything fit just like OEM.The fan operates quietly and fast. Cooled the engine down quickly and properly.Works as it should. Seems quality produced and plastic was strong but flexible enough to manage up through the tight fit.Recommended as a quality replacement.

radiator cooling fan doesn't fit 2006 chevy cobalt. pic looks like the right part but not the part i received. the tabs on the sides to secure it to the coil are not aligned to where they need to be and not in same position as the picture which looks like it would align if it were that part.

It was hell trying to get it in (which the problem there is the design of the car, not the fan) but then only actually worked a hand full of times (but my suspicion is the guy that put it in didn't actually do something right). Every time that it did work though, it worked great!

Good quality product. Hardest part of the replacement was getting the electrical connector out of the old fan. It's easier to remove from the bottom after the car is in the air. The extremely rusty radiator bracket bolts (13 year old New York state car) were actually very easy to get out. Then just move the brackets out of the way, push the radiator bottom forward, and the fan can be dropped out. Took about 45 minutes.
