Yes, they are folded, but if you have a thumb and a table you can quickly make them flat again! With an opposing thumb and index finger you can restore the edge at the folds so the grease doesn't leak. They appear to be the same thickness as the name brand and fit perfectly. They are a great value.

Even though product 16x28, I received tray liners that were 12x18 and didn’t fit.

I received the product as described, but I’m not a fan of the fact that the drip plates came folded. While the listing did mention they would be folded, this design flaw affects how the grease flows properly in my Traeger. I can bend them back to make them work, but they won’t perform as well as they should due to the creases from being folded. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing these if you need perfectly smooth plates, but to be fair, they were exactly as described. I’ll just avoid this option in the future.

I cook on my Traeger at least once a week and up to 4 times a week sometimes, so buying a 20 pack was a no brainer. When I opened the package I was confused because they were tri-folded and didn't realize it at first. Once I unfolded it and placed it on the tray it went on perfectly, the fit was to size. I don't mind unfolding the aluminum tray, it gets the job done and I don't need it to look pretty, I need it to catch the food droppings.Yes, I have tried the aluminum paper but I still have grease and liquids running underneath them and onto the tray. I will definitely continue to buy these, and you should give them a try.
