1) Verified my vehicle supported Apple car play. — which it does2) enabled WiFi, Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay3) plugged device in expecting to see it pop up in Bluetooth in Apple phone. It did not. Tried unplugging, turning off the vehicle, turned off the phone to no avail4) tried different phone with same result.If you go out to ubeesize to look for help product isn’t listed on their webpage much less any troubleshooting advice.

I used to have to plug in my phone every time I drove, which was a hassle and easy to forget. Since installing this adapter, CarPlay automatically connects whenever I get in the car, and it's very smooth to use. I highly recommend buying it!

After using this product, I don't have to plug my mobile phone into the usb interface on my car anymore, but I can connect with carplay via Bluetooth, which is very convenient.

Awesome, this wireless CarPlay adapter is a must-have for car owners! I can always turn on the video and enjoy the in-car entertainment while waiting. The adapter has a very stable connection, and there is no delay or lag in the streaming playback, the effect is amazing! This adapter works flawlessly with my 2017 VW Tiguan. Tested it for 5 straight hours and the connection stayed perfectly stable. Auto-connects smoothly every time I get in the car, and the sound quality matches a wired connection perfectly. The driving experience is so much better without having to plug and unplug cables.I initially tried saving money with a cheaper adapter and regretted it. That one would disconnect for half a second every 10 minutes, which was really annoying especially during navigation. This one is def worth the extra cost for a truly reliable connection.
