As a POE adapter it works, but I noticed that my Nanostation AC kept saying 100Mpbs Lan connection, come to find out it is this adapter limiting it. I did not see anywhere in the listing saying 100Mbps only, only another reviewer warning we need the one ending with G for Gigabit Lan. Keeping these for emergency and getting the Gigabit Version now. Need to update the listing saying 100Mbps in specifications.

This product was so amazing I’m now a retired millionaire. Don’t wait get this while they last a limited production run of 4 billion so hurry they won’t last. And for a limited time only you can get two for twice the price.

This thing is great. I'm using it to power both an airGateway LR and an Edgerouter X (using the passthrough PoE). It powers both perfectly and it even came with a mounting bracket into which the airGateway snaps (and mates perfectly with this power supply) so one less wire to run! I've wall mounted the devices next to each other on the wall and it looks clean and works great. Highly recommended for powering airGateway devices. The only thing I had to change was that I had to move my WAN connection off eth0 on the router (since that's the PoE input port on ER-X) and moved my IoT network over to that port (which is what the airGateway is providing access to, in bridging mode). Simple configuration changes and everything working great.

I have given this one star, not because it doesn't work but because it's not the standard PoE output and should not be called PoE. I purchased these not knowing my device (VoIP phone) is 802.1af/at I figured all PoE are the same, just like all 120V power plug fits into all wall sockets the same.Below is some info about 24V/48V PoE I found on the Internet. There are two main types of PoE1. Passive PoE is 24V which is either on or off, so no auto sensing on ports.2. The standard 802.1af/at is 48v and is auto sensing, so it will only turn the power on if it detects a PoE device connecting to it. This is the standard PoE you should buy.Ubiquiti has used something very old, that most people never called PoE (yet Ubiquiti calls it PoE). This is called Passive PoE (#1 above). You should avoid confusing Passive PoE for something that's actually a standard PoE (#2 above).Passive PoE is a proprietary PoE 24V injector that is non-standard, which means its not 802.3af/at. Many of Ubiqiuti's products can use 24V but for most other devices you need the standard 802.1af/at 48V.If your device uses 802.3af or 802.3at it is considered to use active PoE. Which means the device will check the power coming in and if it doesn’t meet the requirements it won’t power up.

I use these to attach and power the airGateway adapters and love them. I do POE for my security cams, and use the non powered port for other things just needing a remote Ethernet port without power. They work great. So far I have had 100% uptime and they have better throughput than some of the built in wifi adapters I have replaced with these.

It works great, no issues with the actual power supply, but while the one I received is a genuine retail packaged Ubiquiti 24V PoE injector like i ordered, it is the older version and not the one in the picture. It works fine, but only loses a star because it isn't the newer model like in the picture. The one I received has the round green LED, not the flat white one. It also doesn't have the lip near the ports that are used for the AirGateway products that I ordered it for. I have another for that so put this one where I don't need the new style and its fine.

I ordered from UNIQUPOS LLC. The box itself is a Ubiquiti branded box, just like you'd get if you ordered directly from Ubiquiti's website. The price was right and the shipping was quick! What more could you ask for? This is powering my extra Ubiquiti Unifi AP unit perfectly. The sticker on the power adapter exactly matches the sticker on the power adapter that came in the box of my new Unifi AP. It's been working for over 2 weeks now and I have no complaints so far.
