The bases are beautiful and so is the concept. But there is no clear instructions as to how many beads to use. The timing of the beads to enlarge was off, after 8 hours they kept standing. No clear instructions on how much water to put at the end. Total disaster.

When I see these vases, I expect larger hurricane glass, so I was disappointed that they are smaller. That being said, they are nice for small spaces, and quite pretty. Learn from my mistakes and don't hydrate ALL of the beads! Just do a tablespoon at a time until you get the desired effect! I have hurricane glass everywhere holding these until they reduce back to original size.As a fun note, you can add food coloring to the water and they will pick up color! The included pearls are really pretty, but a little too big for the jars.These would make a super cute gift for someone. I would buy these again.
