Bought this ball for a seniors home. Heavier then 2.5 lbs. Very disappointing.

i purchased this ball for seniors in a nursing home. It works well because it’s light weight and has versatile finger holes

Is much harder than I expected with sharp edges inside the hole molds. and there is a seam all the way around so I'm not sure why they says it's molded in one piece because it's clearly two halves melted together. I hope it lasts in the Palm Springs outdoor heat. I have my doubts...

Customers should be aware that this ball is hollow. The outer shell is about 1/4 inch thick. The finger pads will not rest on anything but rather they will sort of have to claw underneath the shell in order to hold on to it. I am thinking that I will fill it with foam insulation so that it can be used as a training device as previously intended.
