Bought it before a trip where o knew I would carry my backpack on a daily basis.Fits most of the backpacks and adds a good extra layer for added comfort.Might get less active with time as the foam will inevitably compact on itself.But then you’ll just swap them.Overall very pleased with it tho as it makes heavy backpack way more bearable for long periods of time.

I got a TLSO back brace and I got these shoulder pads to be softer and easy to wear all day.The fit really well.It has good quality,They are big and strong enough to stay in place.It was was to put them on and they work like described.
