Love this product. Looks & functions great. Easy install. Just need to do it right. I always read the reviews before I buy on Amazon, and to be honest was perplexed by the several outliers who called this "junk". They clearly didn't follow a robust install process. To those considering buying this product, ignore those reviews. This works!!!!

After 4 months of installation, the product’s arms separated allowing a cascading effect crashing all 12 bottles to the floor. It looked like a murder scene.

There is nothing about this rack that makes it worth even more than $40. The materials are nothing special, the bottle supports scratch very easily and are CROOKED, the caps on the ends of the main rails are just cheap plastic caps that don’t even fit properly.Additionally, the directions were terrible and WRONG. It said to mount them 1.25”” apart. I checked out their video and it’s supposed to be 2.25”!I wouldn’t be so hard on this product if it was priced around $30-$40 but for $110 I expected a much better quality item with much better (and correct) directions. They didn’t even include washers for the screws which are just barely big enough to not pass through the holes.Don’t waste your money on this.

Love the streamlined, clean look of this rack. It fits perfectly where we wanted it. It went up easily following directions. However, even with mollies, the racks have a little give to them, and the result was all our bottles (9 at the time) fell to the floor when we put them in the rack. I was SO disappointed. We called the company but the man who was to call us back has not yet. Hopefully someone will get back to us so we can use our rack and get our wine bottles off the floor where they have sat since 12/24.

4ft set up states it can hold 12 bottles. It can only hold 10.
