We took this on vacation with a potty seat so that public restrooms would be more bearable while potty training. It was nice to have a place to sit if there was an accident and we needed to remove shoes to change pants etc. It also was critical to have a stool so that he could reach to wash his hands. It folds up to the size of a file folder, and was a bit rigid so it had to go in the diaper bag a certain way, but I was happy to do it if it meant hands were washed without the gymnastics of trying to wash my hands and hold him up to reach. Some of the higher sinks, it was still a bit of a stretch, and it may slide a bit if weight is applied oddly; But I kept my feet near sides while he washed hands and we managed just fine. Light enough it didn't add much to our diaper bag.

We bought this for our young potty trainer. It folds flat and fits in the diaper bag. He now has no hesitation about using public restrooms and I can easily wipe it with a disinfecting wipeWe’re so happy with it, we bought a 2nd one!

I love this thing. This may not work well with our overweight U.S. population.I am about 140 lbs. and for me it is great and handy. It doubles as a carrier/tool tote and unfolds into a nice stool. I like low sitting stools. Folks with knee or hip problems way not find this comfy. It is ultra light and a great way to avoid sitting right on the ground in areas infested with chiggers etc. Great for garden chores.

summary: It works as advertised. If you need extreme space saving or light weight, i'm sure this stool fills a niche market. at 10$ per unit I can't imagine a situation where I would not rather buy a 15-20$ folding camping chair. Sometimes standard camping chairs even go on sale for close to 10$. Because of that I can't recommend the product unless you really want some stools you can stack up and stow that will take up very little space when not in use.easy to assemble. I personally found it a bit troublesome to fold/unfold for use or storage. It's extremely light and fairly strong. The biggest issue is it's a bit small. It was way too small for me but my wife used it a bit. As a very average, maybe below average sized woman, she found it small and uncomfortable. I requested the larger version and was sent the smaller size. Maybe the larger size is less of a problem. The smaller size is definitely for children I would say. The larger size is probably for women and small men. Large men need not apply. It's not a great product but it's a long way from a bad one.

The idea that this could be stored flat and opened as needed to use as a stool or as a carry bag sounded appealing. Initially I found it extremely difficult to open even when pushing and using my weight to increase force. Putting it upside down and attempting to sit on it worked better however the thing never really opened all the way. I found it very low to the ground. It is not comfortable for me and really not something that I would use. Because it would not fully open it won’t work as a step stool either. Perhaps it is because I’m very light (100 lbs). This may work better for someone else but it is not working out for me. I will likely pass this on to someone else who may like it better.
