Disappointingly, the product doesn’t work. Half the time it would show 0 steps, and the other half I’d sync it with my phone and nothing would appear, only to have 26,000 steps log all at once a day later. I loved the look of this ring and was so optimistic when it arrived - it’s slimmer like the new expensive ring offers and is pretty. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work and I’m returning it. I have tried it for 3 weeks now. I bought another lower-price fitness ring a year ago on Amazon and the finish eventually wore off, but it worked flawlessly. I’ll just re-order that. I bought this to track my steps primarily, but appreciate extra data like sleep etc.
