...but not heavily enough built to be able to withstand windy days.Having this umbrella-mount might cause a user to think they were adequately prepared for windy conditions, when in fact their safety would be threatened by wind catching the umbrella and bending or even breaking this mount-arm. An umbrella in a strong wind, attached to an object on wheels, can easily generate enough force and thus speed to cause serious injury.My recommendation is, this is a nice product, but *use it cautiously*.
