It has solid construction and it is out of the box just plug and play… Totally assembled.I am a 69 year old women with neuropathy in my feet and legs, caused by bad scoliosis. I thought it might help with my circulation.This elliptical has smooth movements with a super quiet motor. I found it very simple to use… You can customize your speed and direction. The unit includes a remote control that allows you to turn the unit on and off and to adjust settings without bending over while using it. It is portable, making it easy to move from room to room.The 15 adjustable speeds give you a gentle movement or a more active, faster speed. I preferred the higher speeds. I believe it does help with blood flow and minimal strengthening of the calfs, but to say (as in the product description) that it is a full-body exercise is a huge stretch!If your looking for a low-impact exercise this is a very low-impact machine.I don’t think it moves my legs up and down enough to do much for my calfs.I believe this elliptical would be great for elderly folks with mobility issues.I can recommend this elliptical for it’s high-quality and silent technology, but for me it doesn’t really do the trick. My Husband was not able to use it because he has one foot that is fused at an outward angle that does not allow him to place both of his feet totally parallel, which the machine requires for proper fitment.

I have a really sedentary job, and I was looking to boost my calorie burn. I find that this helps and lets me burn calories from the extra snacking I do while being bored working. It is a great tool and I truly feel the burn when I push myself. Also helps with my ADHD leg shaking. I find i work better while occupied from restlessness

This sturdy elliptical machine fits easily under your desk and provides a comfortable exercise while you work. It is easy to operate comes with a remote control to change resistance and speed. This is a very functional heavy duty device that gives a surprisingly good workout.

This has become a great addition to our home. Now when my wife is sitting, working on art projects, she can casually use this. She finds herself using it without thinking. It is small and easy to use.

I got it for two parents who are in their 70s and can definitely use some more exercise in both of their lives. My parents said it was extremely easy to use, just plug and go. The elliptical is also very quiet and they can use it while reading or watching tv. The size fits perfectly under my mom’s desk whenever she using the computer. She also like the ease of the controls and it looks like a quality unit.

Never had one before? Not sure it works for me and some of my limitations? I'm willing to try and see if I like what it does very well? think it takes some getting used to? But solid construction, works right out of the box, batteries included with nice remote.after using a bit, i would prefer a less contoured and less slippery pedalbase? I found that my feet wanted to slip off the pedals? I dont have any stationary chairs which means the action pushed me around?
