This is NOT for the D6000! The D6000 have a built-in cord on the side and the design of this mount does not allow the dock to be inserted due to the built-in cord. The quality seems good and seems solid, but it's useless because it doesn't actually fit the D6000

I installed it under my desk because I don't like having cables and devices everywhere. I like to have a clean workspace, so it helps me a lot to hide the cables and connections. The stand is of good quality, the assembly is easy and fast, so overall I think it was a good choice for me.
