Pros: The bracket thickness and design on this one is much better than the different brand I returned. Additionally this one has narrower slots in the tube leaving more material for higher strength. The packaging was very nice with foam and the different hardware is individually bagged, nice touch. This kit has the slotted tubes on the outside vs others that are on the inside. This is important bc the outside tube is bigger which means there is more sidewall and more strength.Cons: The inner tube and outer tube are about an 1/8” different on the outside diameter which leaves a 1/16” gap all around. While I get why, this will put higher stress on the tubes at the ends vs equally distributing the load. I cut composite shims to fix that. My biggest complaint: The jack screws are to allow you to push the sink up a little bit if needed to get the sink to counter gap to about a 1/16” or tighter. The issue is the bolts aren’t long enough to even contact the bars. I got longer metric ones at Ace.. Finally, I didn’t trust the tiny wood screws it came with and got some #10 by 1-1/4”. Definitely not deal breakers but I’d gladly pay a few bucks more to have some tighter specs and better screws.

My undermount sink had been slowly falling for the past few years, and I was constantly having to re-tighten the brackets, always worrying it would drop again. After searching for a better solution, I finally found this support system—and I’m so glad I did!Installation was straightforward. I drilled pilot holes and screwed everything in by hand, and the system feels incredibly sturdy. My sink is now rock-solid, and I no longer have to worry about it shifting or coming loose. The only slight modification I made was using the long bolts without the washers and nuts, which allowed me to push the support bar up a bit more for a tighter fit.Overall, this product does exactly what it promises and provides reliable, long-term support for an undermount sink. If you’re dealing with a sinking sink, I’d highly recommend this system!

This support sink is great. It is very well made. It is sturdy. The directions are quite good. I wouldn’t say it was easy to install but I didn’t expect it to be.

Perfect solution to my problem. No room to fasten on new support brackets for the basin in the now finished kitchen, so this is exactly what I needed.
