今までは持ち手が樹脂のものを使用していましたが強火だとうっかり溶かしてしまうので衛生面を考えオールステンレスを探しました。調理中、熱くならないか心配でしたが全然大丈夫です。洗うのも簡単。強度もあり買い替えの必要もないならお得な商品だと思います。小人数のお味噌汁にちょうど良い大きさです。
