The tassel and the cap are two different colors but my son's gf was okay with the color. I was expecting it to be a darker color, maroon. The tassel is maroon but the cap is more like a wine color. But it is good quality and a nice fit.

Good quality for an item that would be worn only on occasion. Wouldn’t recommend for more frequent use such as with a photographer or with a school that keeps them to use repeatedly.

My daughter was pleased with the cap. Excellent quality. Her cap and gown was a rental so she wanted a cap to use for her celebrations after the gown was turned in.
