I would like seller to please contact me about warranty. I purchased in September and mechanic just told me it was defective after installing. Thank youEdit-don’t be fooled, there’s no warranty. I realized the compressor was defective outside of the return period but less than year, Amazon told me to contact manufacturer. I did, and they were pretty rude, and told me it wasn’t their problem and to go back to Amazon. The customer service rep was rude too, and basically suggested I was wrong for trying to return a defective part outside of return period. Now I have to remove compressor and return it, and they’re also charging me a $40 restock fee. Beware of doing business with universal air conditioning, I also won’t be buying any more car parts from Amazon

Fit perfect, not too hard of a job. But you do need to know what you are doing. Not for the novice. But excellent quality.

This was a perfect replacement for my 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0. So far it is functioning properly. I will update the review if anything changes.

Son loves his new, cool car. Easy to install. All needed parts were provided. Hope the compressor lasts.
