The plate bends when you tighten it down too much. Not enough and it slide around. Ones it’s bent the u bolts get stuck inside. Annoying asf. Need to cut them off just to bend it back.

Ujoints are easy to overtighten and bend the non sturdy metal. If you go this route with a cheaper mount try and not overtighten

These are a quality product that rather impressed me. I however didn't end up using them due to going a different route. If I had I'm sure I'd have peace of mind.

Well made quality, but I will say that it is a bitch getting this thing set up correctly. I ended up just deleting my steering stabilizer.

Had to drill out the stabilizer bolt hole for my rancho stabilizer. Works great.

My son did a 1 ton conversion for the steering on his 1999 Jeep YJ. This bracket worked just great to remount the factory steering stabilizer. We did re-drill the bracket to allow reusing the factory mounting bolt. The construction is great. Not some flimsy metal, strong and did not bend.I do recomend this.

This was easy to mount and super strong. Took about 2 minutes to install. For the review saying the metal bent and nuts broke, tighten top left, bottom right, bottom left, top right. Just do an even number of turns on a each one over and over until it is tight all the way around.
