Fell off ski and lanyard string pulled out of the metal crimp causing my jetski to idle away from me leaving em stranded. Thankfully another ski was able to shut my ski down. I belive this is because the round seadoo cup part is too tight around the kill switch. It came off once before after falling off but this time it broke.

First day out my wife falls off the jet ski, metal clip fails, tether comes off of the piece that engages the kill switch, and the other pieces fall in the water. Thankfully she had already turned the engine off or the ski would have kept running and powered away without her and possibly run her over. 10/10 can’t recommend.

The lanyard looks like the picture but was missing the cap type key. Only the two clip keys were actually on the lanyard. The only reason I chose this one was because it had all 3.
