The adhesive works just fine. Not worried about my phone case falling off. Just make sure you apply it to a phone case with a hard back, not a silicone or soft case.

The product is well finished for a plastic piece. I wanted to mount my iPhone 14 pro (heavy and unbalanced) on my Canyon Grail:On with a bikelight already mounted with Wahoo/Garmin mount. The phone in the bike jersey back pocket got hot in the sun and was uncomfortable.In past I used iPhone XR with Apple clear case and VHB tape to install Quad-lock. It was awesome solution. The phone never moved. The grail on with its double decker bar is a bit awkward and my son uses the aforementioned solution.With the Garmin holder positioned I could use this bit and it stuck the first time fairly snug. Then I used an otterbox drop case and stuck the VHB tape to bond this piece and the case together.Caveat 1: the tape this piece comes in is useless. I used it to hold the table sharper on the wood now ;)Caveat 2: the weight of the iPhone and Otterbox case makes this thing move a bit and that makes me nervous. However I haven’t hit the trails yet. I will update this review after a few days. A lot of biking to be done this summer.Till now 1 star lost for this bit moves 360 degrees and doesn’t lock-in the slot.Cheers!

Ich hatte den Adaper einige Zeit direkt am Telefon, hat sehr gut gehalten und war trotzdem wieder entfernbar. Bei Wiederverwendung habe ich mir mit doppelseitigem Klebeband geholfen, funktioniert auch. Aktuell habe ich es auf eine Hülle geklebt und nicht mehr direkt aufs Telefon, scheint auch zu halten, habe aber noch keine Langzeiterfahrung.

Nutze sie jetzt im Winter am Rennrad, wenn es auf der Rolle steht.Hauptsächlich um Zwift über die CompainenApp zu steuern. Oder halt im Internet zu surfen.Genutzt wird dafür ein ausrangiertes Smartphone, welches eine etwas festere Hülle hat.Der Adapter rastet sauber und leicht ein. Bei mir in einen Wahoo-/Garmin-Adapter von einer ClosetheGap Halterung. Aber aber auch in einem Kedge Vorbauhalter mit Wahoo-Insert hielt sie fest.

I cleaned the case with alcohol first, but I guess at this price you don't get 3M adhesive.I'll have to use the fishing line trick another reviewer suggested.The adapter fits well into my Garmin mount.

The item is ok but the fit is a little loose fit. I am using this to mount my phone on my gravel bike which rattles a lot, so I needed a tight fit to prevent the phone from moving. It works, but it's a little loose
