Hood out of alignment. Poor manufacturing process. Tried two of them. Both shot the pilot flame wrong direction. Bought the Honeywell and worked perfect.

New part seemed to be the same but didn't have the piece where mounting bracket screws into. I was able to pull the clip and remove flame sensor and install it in my old assembly. Got me up and running in about 10 min.

I ve been an ac tech 40 years, and have changed 100's of igniter assemblies, commercial, industrial and residential. This was one of the better ones. High tension wire in luded and attached, holes drilled clean and everything aligned, tension rod correct and flame hood properly aligned. This was a 10 minute change out. I have dealt with about all commercial supply houses on the West Coast and Hawaii, and have had to return many of these for issues. This worked flawlessly
