Got this sunglasses for my 10 year old son. He loves Jurassic Park and the fit was perfect. They are lightweight, stylish, durable and he carrying case is a plus. He enjoyed them on a trip to Puerto Vallarta.

What was received.I received the sunglasses in a clear plastic press and seal sandwich type bag. The sunglasses were attached to a semi-informative branded plastic retail type card.First ImpressionSMALL. I was worried when there were no measurements noted in the listing. I know why now. The sunglasses presented I thought were SMALL IN SIZE. My child is in the 90th+ percentile for body size, so these sunglasses were small on them. Too bad, as they are very cool.Bonus item?Jurassic World cloth type drawstring bag, which I think is perfect in size to fit the small sunglasses and perfectly depicts dinosaurs. This bag alone prevents this from being a three (3) star item in my opinion.Not included?Cleaning cloth. Polarized testing card. Full color miniature brochure.Weight of the sunglassesJust around (1) ounce. So lightweight.Polarized?No – listing made no reference to such either, so, they are just run of the mill.UV protection?Listing said yes, 100%, as did the card which the sunglasses were connected to.Lens sizeWidth, about 56mm. Height (center) 43mm. Nose bridge width, widest point 19mm. Length of frame stems and width of front of sunglasses, about 115mm.Officially licensed?Appears so.Brand?I am not familiar with this brand. Arkaid – by Sun-Staches.Durable?Hmm, the lenses are open framed bottoms and moved and snapped a bit with slight pressure. Otherwise, that balance, so far, possess rugged, stiff features.ValueThese sunglasses appear overvalued. No hard-shell case was included. No company history. No story. Plus, I did find the exact same item elsewhere, at lower prices.Criticism.I think they are small in the face, as is the length of the stems. The stems presented a tad too tight on the. Also, there are no nose pads rather, the eyeglasses are molded to conform to the nose, not too tight, but I prefer pads to molding, but that’s just a personal preference. I am not deducting any stars.Bottom-line.Based on the totality, these offer okay use, almost unremarkable. They at least offer UV protection.Best feature?The drawstring bag and the fact they are official merchandize of Jurassic world.I hope my thoughts offered a wee bit of information.
