Bolt pattern didn't align with frame. Did not what to drill holes in my new mower.Really liked product!! 1/4 steel heavy duty. Also heavy duty bolts.

I attached this tow hitch to my zero turn mower for light towing but especially for an anchor point to secure the mower to a trailer. It is stronger than it needs to be. Some of the powder coating flaked off before the installation but didn't impair its usefulness.

I want to let y’all know this hitch is not made for my John Deere Z445… I knew that going into this… I knew I would have to drill 2 holes into my frame and I knew there was a chance I would regret this… Considering my mower has limited hitch options that I liked, I took a chance on this one.First thing; It’s made from a very thick metal, it’s very solid hitch with great versatility based on what you wanna do with it. You will not be disappointed in the strength or design of this hitch.And now to tell you why it gets 4 stars instead of five. While trying to install/ mark my holes for drilling, the hitch fell and hit the concrete. The paint chipped and now I have a spot that could potentially rust. Which you can probably see the chip in the pictures. Understandable that I dropped it on concrete that could happen. However, I feel it only fell a total of 12 inches. Hard to believe had they used a better coating that the same result would’ve happened…(UPDATE: The paint does seem fairly cheap I have added a photo after pulling around a seeder. The paint seems to have worn and even chipped on the edge again.)Number 2 this kit does come with 2 different length bolts to help be a more universal fit. However with my mower I needed even longer bolts to go through my frame. So I did have to get ahold of some longer bolts. Fortunately for me my dad had some that worked for me and I didn’t have to spend anymore money.Again to be fair maybe I should give it 5 star cause it does seem like a great product (other than the weak/cheap paint) and I went into this knowing it was not made for my mower. However I’m writing this review and posting these pictures so y’all can know what’s required if you go the route I went. You can use this hitch on other mowers/models with drilling. That’s if you’re willing to put some holes in your mower frame. DRILL AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Seems to be of good quality and would be easy to install. Comes with 2 - shorter bolts, 2 - longer bolts (if needed), 2 nuts that fit both lengths of bolts, and 4 washers for installation.However, the holes do NOT lineup with the Bobcat ZT2000 series mower.

Nice heavy duty piece of steel. Should last longer than the mower mounted to. Feel like I got my money's worth, came with bolts & nuts also.
