I want to start off this review by saying that this product has been helpful to me in the beginning. I started to see some problems with this product when I was using it more and more. As the wrapper started to thin out, it now keeps getting stuck in the middle so I had to install a holder to keep it up. I would say this machine is not good for personal uses as it can be hard to use it effectively in the long run. This would be good for businesses if you have a bigger wrapper. At home though, you would not need a big wrapper at all. So please consider buying this only if you are using this for business purposes, not personal uses.

Not sure what's going to happen when the roll gets smaller, it looks like it will fall through the guide rollers.Poor installation instructions, illustrations don't match the machine.

Absolutely love this wrapper. I previously got a brand name one and it worked quite well for two seasons but it lasted only that period. But I got this new one much valuable and even more solid, heavy duty than well-known brand and absolutely no problems! There's no parts and pieces to worry about misplacing. No weird odors; nothing.I gave five stars because I've never had one so I have nothing to compare it to; it feels even more solid and easy-peasy as premium in the well-known brands. For me, it's perfect.
