The product was shipped super-fast. The premise behind the sim sticker is to unlock iPhones that are sim-locked to a specific carrier. Mine was locked to Sprint, which no longer works and T-Mobile refused to help in any way. I inserted the sim with this thin card underneath, covering the contact points and when I turned the phone on, a menu came up in which I really had no clue as to what to do. I tried the option to change the ICCID, then went thru a couple more screens and IT WORKED!! I could make calls, use data, text/MMS, everything. But like a dummy, I took the sim out, rebooted and could never get the menu back. So I take the blame for not leaving the sticker inside, but as others have said, there really were no instructions.. I'm giving 4 stars even though it didn't remain unlocked, because I think had I did a bit more research, i'd still be using my locked iPhone SE (2020).

I must of done something wrong SIM card slipped out the holder and got lodged in the iPhone, took a while to fish out not saying that won’t work, but just be careful and make sure you follow instructions carefully and recommend watching YouTube video
