Requires assembly, but the product page has pictures so you can figure it out. However, wasted my $10, since it does not match the track which I bought from home Depot.

Items arrived and there are no terminal screws nor the screws to hold the 2 housings together. Will look for another brand next time!

update #1: the first replacement also missing the washers, and came with 2 of same adaptor shells, so has to go back AGAIN!i ordered 7 adaptors. only 1 package, which shipped from one warehouse had all of the necessary hardware. the other 6, all shipped from a different warehouse, and ALL 6 are missing 1 screw, and only one has a washer included (should be two). one of the 6 also has two of the same facing track connectors. i'm returning the one with the same connectors, and i spent the entire day, today, going from hardware store to hardware store, thinking it would be easier to just get the missing hardware, but not one of the stores carries the right size washers/screws! so basically, i've paid $55 for 7 adaptors, but only got 1 useable adaptor!!

Completely incompetent assembly of parts, missing screws, duplicates parts, missing parts.... AND it doesn't even work on H track.

Not fit for purpose. Although I think I can figure it out (came with NO instructions) I would not feel safe running electricity through this in my home.
