This hub fan blade puller was supposed to make the job easier, but it was a total disappointment. The design is flawed, and the tool doesn’t grip properly, making it nearly impossible to pull the fan blade without causing damage. I had to use a different tool to get the job done. Not recommended.

Some tools just have the look and feel that you can instantly tell it's a quality tool. This tool was made by someone that has great machining skills. It's lightweight, and clean, with no burrs from the drilling process.Every so often, I'll help someone out with an air conditioning problem. I cringe at having to replace a condenser fan blade, because so often they don't just slide off without a bunch of sanding on the motor shaft.I can see where this tool would also work well for removing a furnace blower wheel.

Main body is made of aluminum while the bolt is steel, probably end up striping the threads in the aluminum after using it for a while.

As an HVAC contractor, I use these tools often. This one broken after only a few uses. Weak metals, and loose/poor design
