The 1/4” size fits both 1/4” and 5/16” hose barbs.The 5/16” size fits both 5/16” and 3/8” hose barbs.

I was hesitant about ordering this particular style of vacuum line at first. I'm used to the stuff that you usually get from the parts store which is kind of rubbery. This product is definitely silicone. It was easy to cut with a sharp razor blade, easy to route through the engine bay and seemed to make a solid vacuum connection with no leaks. I would recommend this product.

Way too soft to accept even a minor vacuum. It flexed nicely, but it just wasn't up to what I needed it for.

It worked great for what I needed. I used it to drain gasoline from the fuel injection system by attaching a pressure tester adapter to one end.

So much better than plain old rubber tubing. Very flexible and holds fittings well. I'll be buying more of this to replace rotted rubber lines.
