  • Please check if the air valves on the barrel and the lid are tightened, if they are tight, locate the leaking area, apply PVC glue to the spot, and cover it with the patch we provided. This should resolve the problem.(PVC glue not include)

  • Please unscrew the joint, wrap an appropriate amount of Teflon tape around the external threads, and then retighten the joint. This should fix the leak.

  • Do not use any fitting adapter. Instead, wrap some thread sealant tape around the outside of the water hose fitting and then screw it into the 1/2" female thread inlet on the ice bath tub.

  • For 3/4" female thread, pipe fitting adapter is needed. Unscrew the cap from the coupling, wrap some thread sealant tape around the threads of the coupling, and then screw the water hose fitting together.

  • For 1/2" female thread, you will need to purchase a pair of 1/2" to 1/2" male-threaded pipe fitting adapters. One end of the adapter connects to the chiller's water hose fitting, and the other end connects to the ice bath tub.

Just received my tub on 2 nights ago. Super easy to inflate and set up. My problem is that the lid is not staying inflated. I have looked for leaks and can't seam to find any. But, definitely has a slow leak. I can not find any customer service to contact about sending a replacement lid. I would live to give this 5 stars, but can't at the moment.
