My truck has some serious miles on it and I knew it was only a matter of time before it started to fail. I had already deleted the AFM and I should have noticed the leaching coolant from near that plastic 3-way fitting. Note that you will have to use a tool (razor, PEX cutter, etc) to cut the rubber coolant hoses near that fitting. This comes with clamps. Fits great and no leaks...forever!

Metal Y pipe for the heater circuit is a must for GM truck owners. This is a stupid fragile part from GM and the OEM connectors are a pain in the butt to replace. Using the metal Y-pipe with the hose clamps is so much more reliable and easy to service than the OEM solution.
