Very nice bread pan. It is large enough for a huge loaf and a smaller one for other breads. I like the way it looks and the style. Tops are included.

I do have an issue with the fact that the ad states that you get the large pan, and the small 5x4 pan. I got the large pan, but a medium sized pan instead of the small one. I need a small one to make mini loaves for my mother in law because she does not go through it fast enough for the medium loafs (and I already have 2 med loaf pans). That being said, these pans are great. Nice, heavy pans that make a great loaf. I may get a few more, I just don't need so many of the medium pans.

Hands down my new favorite way to make bread! It bakes beautiful! Small learning curve. Lots of recipes say to grease the pan but that made my loaf to dark however simply plopping it in the pan and cooking it, my bread come out perfect!

This pair of loaf pans looks as advertised. They're not very heavy, but have a decent weighted feel to them. You get one long rectangular piece with a lid and a small square piece with a lid. The lids slide on and off easily and completely. The bigger loaf pan has four small holes on the bottom and the small loaf pan has one hole on the bottom. These help with air circulation when the lid is attached. The lids attach by sliding onto the loaf pan. You need to be careful though because the lids have sharp grooves and I actually gave myself a small cut on my index finger. If you bake your loaves with the lid on, then the top will be flat. The only time your loaf will not result in a flat top is if your loaf is too small or doesn't rise completely to the top. In this case, you'll get a loaf that looks similar to a loaf that baked without the lid on. Overall, these were easy to use and baked my loaves of bread well.

I absolutely love these pans. I have used both and the sizes are perfect for my family. I would definitely recommend these baking pans.

Customers should do some on-line research. Some pans have holes in the bottom for air circulation. Great, except the oil or butter leaks out and then you have smoke. Cover with parchment on the bottom. Also, remove the top 10 -15 minutes before the bread is done.
