Shoulder strap did not come installed in the bag. The bag doesn't even have the prefabricated holes to install the strap yourself. DO NOT RECOMMEND. unfortunately I can't submit a picture due to the app crashing every time I try.

Purchased as I'm a Hospice/Home health nurse and sometimes go into homes that are questionable. I needed something that was durable, held my goodies and was wipeable, and didn't absorb odors.Pros:1. True to size and measurements2. Color matches what was shown3. Deep and holds quite a bit4. Easy to assemble and clean after patient visits with a disinfectant wipe.5. Handles becoming more pliable with useCons:1. None, really can't find anything I'm not satisfied withI would recommend and if something happens to it, I will purchase another!

I love this bag! I’m a cna who does home health. Very thick and the straps are sturdy. Can be wiped with a cloth. It’s big enough to carry all my supplies and my lunchbox. Truly a “throw and go” bag. It is HUGE, made like crocs and half the price of the bogg bag. I even have a charm hanging off it. The small clear bag that hangs on the inside is convenient for things I use often like my headphones or flashlight (I work nights.) I chose all black but I’m considering buying one in another color for the beach or as a travel bag. One of my favorite functions is easily switching between the handles to the shoulder strap, which already comes with it. It also has a textured bottom to prevent it from sliding around on smooth surfaces.

This bag came with no instructions and no holes in the sides to attach the shoulder strap.I don't recommend.
