You must assemble them. They painted the metal. Can not get the screws to thread on. Poorly made.

I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and these mirrors work great. Although in order to keep the mounts on permanently and also be able to have my doors mounted, the brackets had to be put in backwards. I love the fact that I can tighten and adjust them to where they need to be. There is no vibration so they stay steady when driving down the road. Easy to install and take on and off.

I did have to return these but for my own fault. I didn’t realize they weren’t compatible with JLs.I loved the design and I know they would be easy assembly.Hate that I made that mistake but still loved

Easy to install. Adjusts easy. Offers many positions that reg mirrors do not! Holds their position even on rough roads and high winds.These have been on our Jeep this summer and we have had no issues. We definitely recommend!

I've tried the cheaper mirrors and they are useless due to the vibrations. These on the other hand are solid, look great and install easily. I needed slightly longer bolts than the factory ones at the mounting locations, so I swapped out a couple of the bolts for my top to use and they work great.

These are way better than the old hinge mounted mirrors I previously used. Very sturdy and a clear steady rear view. The size is good. I bought these knowing they may not be a direct fit for my application, as I have a 1995 YJ Wrangler. These did need the bolt holes oblonged to make them fit but with a little engineering they are the best mirrors ever.

Nothings perfect in the jeep world and lets face it we are use to small "adjustments" when it comes to jeep parts so there is nothing you or some other jeeper cant help with. the good: These things look great! If you are going to take the time to take the doors off, putting these on will be no problem. they are completely adjustable and stay in place you can actually use them as mirrors! Everything on them can be tightened and most with about 5 different allen wrenches " throw the ones they give you away mine did not fit most points on the mirror". The provided bolt to mount are iffy, and some of mine did not fit well but I managed to find 4 that worked. They come with lock washers and I dropped and lost those immediately. No worries they still worked. I like these so much I took the big ole OEM looking ones on my tube doors off and decided to run these when needed. The only think I would say I wish or will change on these is getting them to where they will use the same bolts as you remove to install them or at least get some that use the same torx. Buy em, you will love them

I like these mirrors for my 18 JL. You do have to unbolt the door bracket to install, but honestly its a really simple install. I like how I can use the mirrors vertically or horizontally. My only dislike is the mirror swivel joint is looser than I would like. I 'm worried this will end up failing before to long and the mirrors will end up not holding their position. They may not, but that is my only concern. Also, don't overtighten the rubber washers, as they are extremely thin and will shred.

These are too notched mirrors. Can't say enough good things about them. They don't vibrate like my old ones that screwed onto the door hinge. Much much more stable. Money well worth spent.
