I have always loved going to the sauna when I was a member of a gym, but 4 years ago I decided to turn my garage into my own home gym instead and so I never had access to the sauna anymore. I recently decided to look into an at-home steam sauna and came across several on Amazon. After reading several reviews, I decided on this one. I will outline the pro's and con's of this purchase below, but overall I am very happy with this choice!Pro's:-The smaller tent is better than the bigger ones that have all the tubing to put together. It would have taken longer to heat up a bigger one and this size is small, but I feel like I get the most sauna-like experience in a tinier space. It's also quick to collapse and put away if I need to.-The tent has a small see-through window that can also unzip, which I love. It doesn't make it super dark inside the tent and I can still keep an eye on whats going on outside.-The different temperature controls is a great feature. I recommend starting low and then working your way up to a temp that works for you.-The remote is handy to have access to while inside the tent.-The floor mat keeps the water inside the tent and prevents moisture on my floors. I've never had any problems with the tent leaking or moisture escaping.Con's:-The chair they provide is helpful, but it is a bit scratchy. I put a towel over it so its more comfortable to sit on.-The zippers are not the greatest quality and hard to unzip from the inside, but there are several so I dont feel like its dangerous or too hard to get out if I need to.-It takes about 15-20 mins to really heat up to the temperature I want. I usually start it towards the end of my workout so then its ready for me once I finish.-There is a white plastic container on the inside that the water goes into and steam escapes from. It is EXTREMELY hot!! There is not much room in the tent and so when I try to move the container over, I always end up burning myself (not badly).

This works great and as advertised. It is on the smaller size which has its advantages and disadvantages.Pros: Heats up fast and can be easily stored.Cons: A bit cramped, the zipper feels a bit on the cheap side.Overall I give it 5 stars for the price, everything it comes with, the portability and quality.

Well I have to say we were skeptical when purchasing. After opening the boxes we were surprised at the quality of the components and that it came with a chair, a ground cover, and replacement components. EG; another lid and another valve for the tent and a second ground cover. After the super simple setup we turned it on and got in. After about 4 minutes the steam really started to flood into the tent. After 15 minutes it reached 106 degrees Fahrenheit and that’s where it stayed. It does exactly what it was meant to do “ make you sweat “. Great little item. My only negative is that it’s only single person. Would love some company in there.
