Replacement for my Kitchenaid KDTE104ESS3 upper rack. Fit a little tight on the rack but managed to get it to work. For $20 it seems durable enough. Wasn’t worth me retuning to get a better fit since these are not OEM and figure it’s a crap shoot to see if another fit better.

Bought this for my Kenmore elite dishwasher and it was a perfect fit and easy to install. Only thing it didn't have was any kind of schematic or directions but since one side was still attached on my dishwasher I was able to go off of it.

Purchased for my Kenmore Elite 665.12783K312. Fit was OK at best. It works, and my dishwasher is functioning again, but as the pictures show, the new unit came very warped, and not in such a way to keep it tighter. It made securing it quite difficult and the mid-clips supplied were the wrong size and would not work. Fortunately I had my old clips still in tact. Can't argue for the price, just know what you're getting.

For once I wish I read the reviews.Needed to replace one side of the upper bracket on my dishwasher. I usually would buy parts for appliances from an online store that sound rhymes with smarts-delect. I decided not to use any smarts and thought prime will get me done quicker. The old saying is you can have fast, good or cheap, pick two. I got cheap and fast. Parts are badly misshapen. Pretty much everything that follows likely starts from this. Clips don't fit. Parts snap off due to being misaligned and the whole process is just made into a p.i.t.a.after cussing swearing and yelling at everything and anyone about how they need to be more gentle with the dishwater I am throwing in the towel and will order from a better source that has parts that fit and won't turn me into a raving homicidal lunatic.Save your money unless your a sicko and like self torture, if that's the case enjoy!

Parts are warped and curved. Original parts are straight. Parts that I was sent could not be used because they were made backwards. I mean on my dishwasher the wheels face the slide/track and these parts have the wheels basically facing the upper rack basket making it impossible to do anything with them. I was not sent a complete kit that included both sides as advertised. I was basically sent the exact same piece with the exact same defects and design flaws that could not be used. I ended up spending more money and purchasing the correct parts from EBay.

Installation wasn't all too complicated. Just left the opposing pieces in place as a go by for the first one, then had it down for the second. Shipped quick and we have our dishwasher back.... after first replacing the wheels on the lower basket a couple years ago. Why appliances leave the factory with parts destined to die is a whole different issue, of course...

Same fit & function of the OEM. Hard to figure out how to put on, but with a little thinking, we did it. They work great and our dishwasher is as good as new.
