Exactly as described. Did the job in seconds after struggling to get the wire ring fixed into place. Never needed this gadget before, but definitely worth it for our sanity!!!

Bought tool because I was struggling to get inner gasket wire back in place. It wasn't essy until I figured out to hook the spring first and squeeze tool the entire time as I worked the wire into place around the gasket a little at a time

Opens to 4.5" maximum, not the 5.8" claimed in description. I did order the version with wide opening.If Amazon can fix the description that would save customer problems and unnecessary returns.

These are far too large for a spring for an 8kg washing machine. If you're trying to save money doing it yourself don't bother. Had to get a professional in.

Open extra wide. This should work great and whatever model washing machine front loader you have I think it’s one of the widest opening tools that Amazon sells. Almost 6” wide. I recommend.

Plier max opening is 1" smaller than what was stated in description. Returning asap
