Every single hole is filled with paint, caused one of my high pressure bolts to snap. Getting a replacement hopefully it isn’t the same.

This would have probably been a really good valve cover if it wasn't for the fact that somebody went overboard on the powder coating. Not that I'm a professional powder coater but even I know that you have to cover the screw holes before you apply powder coating otherwise you'll have a very hard time getting the screws to go into the holes. Somebody must have forgotten this and went overboard with the paint because 50% of the screws would not thread when trying to put them into this valve cover. If it wasn't for the fact that this operation took 2 hours, I would probably take it off and send it back and I might still do so. If you buy a valve cover from here or anywhere else online, make sure you get one that does not bend powder coated. Regular aluminum would have been okay without the black paint.
